Requisitos clave:

  • Certificación vigente como Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA)
  • Experiencia comprobada en implementación y desarrollo con Pega Platform
  • Idealmente, conocimientos en Customer Service Framework
  • Experiencia o conocimiento en Pega Call será altamente valorado

Para el rol de Lead:

  • Al menos 2 años liderando equipos o en roles de liderazgo como SSA
  • Experiencia en soluciones para Contact Center, preferentemente en el sector bancario
  • Capacidad para gestionar equipos de alrededor de 5 personas y coordinar con múltiples stakeholders

  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y comunicación efectiva
  • Pensamiento analítico, estratégico y orientado a resultados
  • Proactividad, autonomía y manejo efectivo del estrés
