The Opportunity
You will complete tasks in resourceful and effective ways to support the Qualifacts teams and new initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide hardware and software support for both remote and in-office users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain company end user compute environment.
  • Provide direct service for IT networks.
  • Install, configure, and maintain application software running in the company infrastructure.
  • Organize installations and updates in compliance with Change Control policies.
  • Participate in projects, including company-wide migrations, both in-office and remotely.
  • Develop and maintains the software application configurations, including documentation of IT operation runbook.
  • Work closely with other roles to research new tools and technologies that can better support business needs.
  • Assist team with Corporate IT projects.

  • Effectively communicate issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Advanced English level.
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory and Windows/Mac troubleshooting skills.
  • Enthusiastic problem solver, with attention to detail and effective communications skills.
