The Opportunity
You will complete tasks in resourceful and effective ways to support the Qualifacts teams and new initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide hardware and software support for both remote and in-office users.
- Install, configure, and maintain company end user compute environment.
- Provide direct service for IT networks.
- Install, configure, and maintain application software running in the company infrastructure.
- Organize installations and updates in compliance with Change Control policies.
- Participate in projects, including company-wide migrations, both in-office and remotely.
- Develop and maintains the software application configurations, including documentation of IT operation runbook.
- Work closely with other roles to research new tools and technologies that can better support business needs.
- Assist team with Corporate IT projects.

- Effectively communicate issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Advanced English level.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and Windows/Mac troubleshooting skills.
- Enthusiastic problem solver, with attention to detail and effective communications skills.
