Role Overview We're looking for a skilled researcher to join our team. You'll help elaborate part of our client’s property reports. Your main focus will be researching and selecting the right information to use in the reports, as well as curating the data that gets used in the final document. Salary: 2, 2 0 0. 0 0 soles monthly Shift: 9: 0 0AM– 6: 0 0 PM Peru Time, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend coverage Key Responsibilities Online research of property data related to commercial real estate appraisal “front-end” report preparation. Acquisition of documents from official (government/municipal) sources Collaborate with co-researcher and the rest of the team, as needed, to resolve issues and ensure efficiencies Completion and accurate entry of role-specific data obtained in template fields Completion of research and entry according to time-sensitive deadlines Any other additional research related to commercial real estate appraisal reports and company initiatives as needed Requirements Ability to work independently and autonomously with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines Have a collaborative and gregarious personality in addition to Have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail (previous experience in a research or similar role demonstrating data analysis and high-fidelity output) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly with Word and Excel) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Proficient and comfortable with numbers (basic to intermediate math skills are required for success in this position) English fluency
