MyOutDesk is seeking a talented and motivated Bilingual Sales Representative (English and Spanish) to join our expanding team In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in both English and Spanish-speaking markets. If you're passionate about sales and possess exceptional communication skills, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored solutions to meet client requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Utilize CRM tools to track leads and sales progress accurately
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience and satisfaction
Requirements
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills
Proven experience in sales or business development (3+ years preferred)
Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales processes
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals
Availability: Must be able to work on-site in San Isidro and adapt to US time zones/schedules (48-hour work week).
Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced work environment
