Rheonics is an industrial automation and instrumentation company with global reach. As we scale in all regions, we are seeking an enthusiastic Technical Sales Engineer.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

Join our dynamic team and become a key technical driver in our pre-sales process. You'll be the essential link ensuring our distributors and clients receive the best possible technical support as they explore the use of Rheonics products in their applications.

Working side-by-side with our Application, Communication, and Engineering Teams, you'll deepen our technical market understanding and help craft strategies to expand our global reach.

𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀


• Develop a strong understanding of Rheonics products and target markets.


• Provide high-level, professional technical support for Rheonics products to our distributors and end-users, with a special focus on the pre-sales process.


• Address customer inquiries related to basic mechanical, electronics, and application-specific questions on product use.


• Collaborate actively with representatives to facilitate successful, long-term partnerships.


• Support the training and development of our global distributors and internal teams.


• Support the Media and Marketing team to study market trends


• Participate and track global tradeshows and conferences for our sector, and manage our end-to-end attendance.


• Prepare, review, and ensure the quality of Rheonics product documentation.


• Identify opportunities to repurpose media content for trade magazines, online publications, and media partners


• Maintain a consistent tone and voice that reflects our brand values and positioning.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀


• Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics engineering or similar technical fields


• 1-2 years of experience in similar technical support and/or sales tasks


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.


• Experience with industrial instrumentation and automation products


• Strong negotiation skills paired with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.


• Professional proficiency in both spoken and written English.


• Availability to travel within and outside the country.

𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲


• Experience using Hubspot, Freshdesk and Atlassian tools


• Additional language proficiency, aside from english and spanish


• Technical skills in installation, configuration, troubleshooting, data analysis and/or calibration of industrial instrumentation
