About the Company
As the biggest engine manufacturer in China, Weichai Group is looking for a high-performing Generating sets, G-Drive engine business Sales Manager who is in charge of the Peru, and responsible for planning, implementing and directing the G-Drive engine, Generating sets business sales activities of Weichai in Peru, meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sales of the Generating sets, G-Drive engine business.
- To plan out the sales action plan and strategies to achieve the sales target decided with top management by working on price positioning, product positioning, network development.
- Responsible for new distributors development for the new business.
- Plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
- Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
- Follow up on sales activity.
- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
- Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or equivalent degree in mechanical or business major.
- At least 5 years' Generating sets and G-Drive engine relevant working experience.
- Fluent level of Spanish and English language skills.
- Under 40 years old.
Required Skills
- Relevant knowledge of Generating sets, Diesel Engine and the knowledge of customer service principles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets for Generating sets and G-Drive engines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
