Mission of the Role

To deliver a personalized, human-centered experience to every Axo Longevity client — from first contact to long-term care. Guide prospects through their journey via calls or messages, explaining services and helping them feel confident to start. Manage appointments, provide timely updates, resolve issues, and ensure each client feels informed, supported, and valued throughout their health journey.

What you will do:

  • Lead Engagement & Conversion:
    Proactively contact interested leads by phone, WhatsApp, or email to understand their needs, explain Axo Longevity's services, and guide them from interest to confirmed client.
  • Customer Onboarding:
    Support new clients with appointment scheduling, account setup, and initial consultations to ensure a smooth start.
  • Customer Support:
    Act as the main point of contact for clients — addressing questions, providing guidance on each step of their program, and resolving any operational or service-related issues.
  • Journey Communication:
    Keep clients informed at every stage — from scheduling and testing to results and follow-ups — ensuring a seamless and reassuring experience.
  • Feedback & Insights:
    Gather client feedback and share learnings with the sales, medical, and operations teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Who you are:

  • +1 year in bilingual customer service.
  • Strong enthusiasm for exceeding customer expectations and a proactive drive to learn and provide superior support.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory, German and Dutch (written and spoken) are appreciated but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear articulation, active listening, and empathy.
  • A proactive, empowered, and energetic approach with a desire to challenge and improve current practices.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and navigating multiple systems.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection for consistent performance.
  • Previous experience or knowledge in sales or customer support is a plus.
