Buscamos un un Coordinador de Paid Ads para E-commerce que se integre a nuestro equipo con el objetivo de fortalecer el crecimiento del canal online y mejorar el rendimiento de nuestras campañas pagadas.

Responsabilidades:

  • Planificar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas de publicidad digital orientadas a ventas online.
  • Monitorear y optimizar indicadores clave como MER, ROAS, CPL, CPA y otros KPIs relevantes del e-commerce.
  • Proponer y aplicar mejoras estratégicas para incrementar conversiones y rentabilidad.
  • Trabajar de manera colaborativa con los equipos de diseño y copywriting en acciones enfocadas en performance.
  • Analizar métricas, elaborar reportes y presentar recomendaciones basadas en datos para el crecimiento del canal digital.
  • Evaluar e implementar nuevas herramientas publicitarias, incluyendo soluciones basadas en inteligencia artificial.

Requisitos:

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia comprobada en gestión de publicidad pagada para e-commerce.
  • Dominio avanzado de Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing y estrategias de remarketing.
  • Conocimiento en embudos de conversión, segmentación de audiencias y optimización para ventas.
  • Perfil analítico, orientado a resultados y con entendimiento del ecosistema e-commerce.
  • Inglés avanzado, con uso aplicado en entornos laborales.
