Role Overview

We are looking for a
Client Operations Analyst
to join our team in
Perú
.

This role supports a wide range of
media operations, billing, and financial processes
for clients and agencies with different levels of complexity. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and focused on efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support billing and financial processes, including billing status, delivery confirmations (D/Cs), and client invoice creation.
  • Assist in the preparation of draft billing reports and budget documentation.
  • Track and reconcile budgets, retainers, and monthly spend.
  • Maintain monthly budget trackers, YoY comparisons, and consolidated financial snapshots.
  • Support authorization mapping, unmatched estimates, and budget updates by brand and business unit.
  • Maintain and update Excel-based media tools and operational flowcharts.
  • Support contract operations, including Terms & Conditions reviews and IO notes updates in media platforms.
  • Provide operational and financial Q&A support to media teams.
  • Support training and onboarding for new team members.
  • Contribute to documentation and best-practice initiatives within the craft.
