Estamos buscando un(a) E2E Process Intern.

Duración del proyecto: 6 meses

Ubicación: El Salvador

Descripción del proyecto: El objetivo es brindar apoyo en la ejecución de tareas clave, incluyendo la documentación de procesos, el control operativo, el soporte en facturación y la participación en proyectos de mejora continua.

Responsabilidades Clave:

• Apoyar en la identificación, mapeo y documentación de procesos E2E relacionados con ventas, logística, facturación y backoffice.
• Preparar presentaciones, tableros operativos simples y reportes de seguimiento bajo la guía del Coordinador E2E.
• Dar seguimiento a validaciones, conciliaciones y alertas operativas que puedan impactar la experiencia del cliente o la ejecución comercial.
• Brindar soporte operativo ante requerimientos urgentes o variables, coordinando entre áreas internas y socios externos.

Requisitos:

• Estudiante de 4.º o 5.º año de Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
• Buen manejo de Excel y Google Sheets.
• • Conocimiento y uso de herramientas de colaboración (Drive, Gmail, Slides).
• Habilidad para analizar información.
• Capacidad para trabajar con diferentes equipos
• Actitud proactiva y orientada a resultados
