servicios tecnológicos para eventos,
nos encontramos en busqueda de un Jefe Comercial

Requisitos:

  • Profesional universitario de las carreras de Administración, Negocios, Marketing, Hotelería o afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años como Supervisor o Coordinador de ventas.
  • Experiencia en eventos y sólidas habilidades comerciales (indispensable).
  • Excel intermedio y CRM básico.
  • Ingles a nivel intermedio - avanzado (Indispensable).
  • Disponibilidad para realizar viajes nacionales e internacionales.

Funciones:

  • Liderar la estrategia y gestión comercial en Perú, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas, volumen y rentabilidad.
  • Dirigir y desarrollar al equipo comercial, brindando acompañamiento, feedback y evaluaciones de desempeño.
  • Gestionar grandes cuentas y negociar condiciones comerciales estratégicas.
  • Impulsar la captación de nuevas cuentas y el fortalecimiento de relaciones con clientes clave.
  • Liderar la mantención y renovación de contratos, optimizando condiciones comerciales y rentabilidad.
  • Actuar como partner estratégico de los Hotel Managers en venues de mayor tamaño.
  • Supervisar la gestión comercial en hoteles medianos y pequeños, en coordinación con Operaciones.
  • Supervisar oficinas regionales con una visión integral del negocio.
  • Gestionar y controlar eventos de fidelización y auspiciados, asegurando retorno y visibilidad de marca.
  • Coordinar con Marketing la difusión comercial, relevamiento fotográfico y correcto posicionamiento de la marca.
