About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, curious about consumer behavior, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative marketing environment.
You will work closely with the marketing team to support campaign execution, content creation, research, and performance analysis. This position is well-suited for someone with a strong interest in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns aligned with strategic objectives.
Conduct market research to gather insights on consumer trends, preferences, and behaviors.
Support social media management, content creation, and digital marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing materials align with brand messaging and product positioning.
Assist in analyzing campaign performance and preparing reports to measure effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives and product launches.
Help manage timelines, assets, and deliverables across multiple marketing projects.
Requirements
Proven experience or strong interest in marketing, preferably within the consumer products industry.
Excellent command of the English language, with strong copywriting skills across multiple marketing channels.
Ability to understand consumer needs and translate insights into effective marketing strategies.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Nice To Have
Previous experience supporting marketing campaigns or product launches.
Exposure to data analysis or performance tracking tools.
Experience working in remote or distributed teams.
Creative mindset with a strong interest in branding and storytelling.
Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm CST
Compensation: 2000 USD
Time Off & Holidays: 10 paid vacation days per year + U.S. Federal holidays.
