Sales Development Representative
to jpin our team.
In this role, you aren't just making calls; you are taking full ownership of the sales cycle—from qualifying high-intent leads to closing deals and managing complex CRM pipelines. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full sales cycle, including qualifying prospects and building a robust sales funnel through inbound and outbound initiatives.
Take full responsibility for meeting and exceeding monthly targets, including conversion rates and appointment settings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Utilize CRM tools to track leads and sales progress accurately
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience and satisfaction
Requirements
Experience:
3+ years of proven experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development, specifically working with
international or U.S.-based companies
.
Language:
English proficiency (C1-C2 level) suitable for U.S. corporate communication.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Tech-Savvy:
Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce), Google Workspace, and AI productivity tools like ChatGPT.
Schedule:
Full-time availability (up to 48 hours/week) aligned with U.S. Business Hours (EST/PST).
Location:
Ability to work on-site at our San Isidro headquarters in Lima.
