En Manpower Perú buscamos al mejor talento para asumir un nuevo reto en la posición de Planner Long Term que será responsable de la creacion y mantenimiento de la prevision de la demanda de todos los productos, incorporando la inteligencia comercial e informacion recopilada de ventas, marketing y finanzas para satisfacer la exigencia del mercado garantizando que los niveles de inventario estén optimizados para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes y minimizando el exceso de inventario y los desabastecimientos. Funciones: Analizar los datos históricos de ventas y la información de precios y descuentos para comprender las tendencias y patrones de demanda. Supervisar y analizar los patrones de demanda, las tendencias del mercado y el comportamiento de los clientes para identificar oportunidades de mejora y riesgos y ajustar los pronósticos. Utilizar herramientas y modelos Machine Learning para generar pronósticos iniciales de demanda y evaluar su precisión. Revisar y ajustar manualmente los pronosticos generados por el sistema de ML para reflejar las condiciones y eventos actuales del mercado. Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de países, en las áreas de ventas y marketing para recopilar información y conocimientos para la previsión y planificación de la demanda. Trabajar con los equipos de Operaciones para garantizar que los niveles de inventario sean suficientes para satisfacer la demanda prevista y, al mismo tiempo, minimizar los costos. Proporcionar informes y análisis periódicos sobre la precisión de los pronósticos, los niveles de inventario y otros indicadores clave de desempeño. Participar en reuniones y proyectos multifuncionales para respaldar los objetivos comerciales e impulsar la mejora continua en los procesos y sistemas de planificación de la demanda. Requisitos: Estudios de Ingeniería, Economía, Administración o Estadística. Experiencia de más de 3 años en análisis de datos, pronósticos de demanda o roles relacionados en la industria de Cosméticos, Joyería o productos de consumo. Conocimiento de técnicas y metodologías de Demanda, así como disposición de utilizar herramientas y modelos de Machine learning. Idealmente, conocimiento del mercado de Cosméticos y Joyería en Latinoamérica, incluyendo las tendencias actuales y las preferencias del cliente. Beneficios: Horario de trabajo flexible.
