AECOM tiene vacante disponible para Environmental Technical Leader en las oficinas de Lima, Peru. 

Las responsabilidades incluyen pero no se limitan a:

  • Bajo una supervisión limitada, reportando al Gerente de Diseño, realiza trabajos coordinación interdisciplinaria de los paquetes de trabajo asignados.
  • Supervisa, recomienda y controla la ejecución de la consultoría o el diseño, apegado a las normas vigentes con el apoyo de las disciplinas de ingeniería participante
  • Supervisa los entregables dentro de las exigencias de tiempo, calidad y cumplimiento de alcances contractuales.
  • La responsabilidad incluye la coordinación, comunicación diaria y semanal con el equipo de proyecto y los lideres y coordinadores de otras especialidades del diseño.
  • Coordina actividades y contratos de mediana complejidad, en estrecha coordinación y dirección del Gerente de Proyecto.
  • El papel incluye la coordinación de entregables multidisciplinarios, así como participar en el análisis, la gestión y la evaluación de las propuestas técnicas del diseño.
  • Responsable de la coordinación con el equipo técnico del cliente con respecto a las evaluaciones de los entregables.
  • Responsable de atender las reuniones de coordinación con el cliente y gestionar con gerencia de control de proyectos la elaboración de impactos potenciales al cronograma y presupuesto basados en requerimientos del cliente que afecten el diseño.

Requisitos

Requerimientos minimos:

  • 6 AÑOS o equivalencia demostrada de experiencia y/o educación

Experiencia:

  • 6+ años realizando proyectos sociales o ambientales para el sector minero.
  • 5+ años liderando equipos de trabajo multidisciplinarios
  • Estudios de especialización, en materias vinculadas a la elaboración, evaluación, ejecución, fiscalización, supervisión y/o monitoreo de Estudios Ambientales, EVAP, Términos de Referencia e instrumentos de gestión ambiental complementarios al SEIA, así como sus modificaciones y/o actualizaciones con una duración de veinticuatro (24) créditos

Preferencias:

  • Título y colegiatura vigente en Ingeniería Ambiental, Forestal, Química, Civil, Industrial o rama afín 
  • 10 años de experiencia profesional desarrollando proyectos sociales o ambientales.
  • Liderazgo y alta capacidad de comunicación
  • Experiencia previa en empresas mineras y/o empresas consultoras de ingeniería internacionales
  • Conocimiento del mecanismo de Obras por Impuestos
  • Experiencia exitosa en presentación de IGAs: EIA, MEIA, Plan de Cierre
  • Idioma inglés a nivel avanzado
