You will: Assist with day-to-day People operations and administrative tasks. Support People Business Partners in implementing company frameworks and initiatives. Help organize company events, team buildings, and celebrations . Support onboarding activities for new joiners (welcome gifts, introductions, etc.). Assist in recruitment processes (scheduling interviews, communication with candidates). Participate in employer branding activities and internal communication initiatives. Provide general support to employees and ensure everyone feels welcomed and valued.
