About the role… Reporting to the Regional Director, you will lead and support franchise stores to consistently deliver the brand promise. You'll align teams to brand standards, model key priorities, foster morale, and drive accountability across store operations. What you’ll do… Lead and inspire a network of franchisees to build and maintain profitable operations. Track and monitor store performance using a wide range of performance metrics and benchmark tools. Complete regular store visits and provide detailed feedback to the Regional Director. Own and assess talent across all levels within the market using various tools. Lead the store teams to deliver the desired customer experience. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of all the products on the menu, their components and the defined quality parameters. Identify critical parameters which impact quality and devise ways to find solutions. Monitor and manage operational adherence to food safety, operational standards, restaurant safety and fire safety standards. Complete store action plans for guest experience improvement. Please note that regional travel may be required for this role.
