We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced National Sales Manager – Automobile to lead and drive the performance of Suzuki’s automotive sales operations across Australia. This role is located in Head Office, Laverton North, Victoria and is responsible for national wholesale and retail sales performance through Suzuki Australia’s authorised dealer network, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver sustainable growth. The role requires regular engagement with dealerships across all states and territories and plays a critical role in shaping and executing Suzuki Australia’s sales strategies. Key Functions Lead and deliver national wholesale and retail sales targets. Provide leadership, coaching and development to the national sales team. Oversee vehicle allocation and supply prioritisation in line with sales objectives. Drive dealer performance through effective sales programmes, incentive initiatives and national and regional sales meetings. Manage sales‑related budgets including wholesale support, demonstrator programmes, retail bonuses and cooperative advertising. Lead the implementation and performance of Suzuki Australia’s Customer Satisfaction Program across the dealer network. Oversee sales reporting, forecasting and performance analysis for local management and Suzuki head office. Support the ongoing development and performance of Suzuki’s authorised dealer network. Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product Planning, Aftersales and Corporate Operations to deliver aligned commercial outcomes. Qualifications & Experience Background in automotive sales leadership within an automotive OEM or retail environment is essential. Strong automotive industry experience with the ability to influence at dealer and executive levels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; hands‑on leadership style. A proven track record of operating effectively in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment. Regular business travel across all states and territories is required.
