About the role

  • The Accounting Assistant will register all the accounting transactions. Responsible for reconciling bank accounts. Ensure payments to suppliers are done considering all supporting documents. Archive all documents for intern control.
  • Responsibilities
  • Receive and register all accounting transactions according to the approved GL accounts,
  • Reconcile bank accounts,
  • Process payments to supplier ensuring all supporting documents are in place,
  • Archive all documents in both digital and physical forms,
  • Analyze all accounts in a monthly basis,
  • Help in other office administrative tasks


 Requirements
  • Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting,
  • Minimum 1 years of experience as an Accounting Assistant,
  • Knowledge of NICs and NIIF, PCGE,
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel intermediate level,
  • Intermediate level of English, oral and written
  • Skills:
  • Fast learner and good attention to detail,
  • Assertive communication in all organization levels,
  • Capable of understanding and adapt to different accounting/ERP software's,
  • Proactive, selfmotivated and with initiative,
  • Good time management
  • Commitment and punctuality.
