Description and Requirements:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist marketing manager in develop, deploy, and control all Marketing and Communications campaigns, including Events, Advertising (online, offline), incentive programs, social media, upselling, crossselling, and sales enablement, among others.
  • Develop digital led / always on endtoend marketing campaigns to drive new customers acquisitions, lead generations and brand awareness.
  • Liaise with all concerned parties (sales, channels, procurement, product) to guarantee adequate planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities.
  • Expertise in both Marketing to End Users and Marketing to Business.
  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
  • Work closely with alliance partners to drive partner marketing campaign.
  • Stay up to date with Market and online trends relevant to the brand for ensuring campaigns and promotions are relevant within each market.
  • This role is based in Lima, Peru and the scope includes Peru, Bolivia, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Ecuador.

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in marketing with strong background in marketing campaigns.
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
  • Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role.
  • Wellorganized and detail oriented.
  • Working knowledge of market research, trends, surveys, and data analytics.
  • Logical and analytical thinking coupled with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent English (written and oral) is a must.
