**About the role**:

- Responsible for analyzing & consolidating high quality data to feed Nutrition Sell In Forecast as an output of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP). Top key activities are to plug demand generation initiatives, customers info (Sell-In, Sell-Out & Inventories) & Data analysis by Channel/Brand/SKU, also prepare KPI involved at IBP process to identify gaps in advance to set action plans in order to accomplish Colombian Business targets.**Your responsibilities**:

- Reconcile and upload IBP reconciliation (after MBR) to APO systems. Reconcile and upload LATAM files with IBP cycle information.
- Lead Pre alignment meetings with Marketing and CBD reviewing recommended SO and SI forecast Reconcile and upload Monthly report of net sales accuracy and forecast error - wmape
- (LATAM files)
- Elaborate, analyze and communicate DOI report, finding major variations and opportunities against targets. Lead the redefinition of targets every 6 months according to the results obtained and the input of CBD.
- Support to the consolidation and elaboration of IBP decks (pre-align, SR, IR, MBR, etc)
- Elaborate and communicate pre-reads and minutes for every IBP process meeting
- Communicate once at month to every non-attending stakeholder of the MBR the decisions and plan for the next months (locally) - (i.e kams, finance, supply, etc)
- Weekly follow up of sales against IBP - estimates consumption - in order to generate root cause analysis of main deviations.
- Forecast PPEP and medical sales activities (effectiveness, additional activates, change in speech, etc) with the purpose of generating correlated series as input of IBP. Bimonthly meetings with marketing and medical sales to establish and revaluate such forecast.
- Series adjustment according to decisions made after every IBP meeting. (Sell out before DR and Sell In after DR).
- Analysis of value aggregation for every series reviewed on the IBP process (quarterly). Check which of the different series (Marketing, Sales or Stat) is more accurate and bring more value to the process.
- Identify and Communicate risks and opportunities in current forecast to validate action plans to reduce/Mitigate impacts.
- Guarantee continuous improvement in IBP Process including best practices to reduce deviations between Real Sales vs Forecast

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Professional in Industrial Engineering, administration or related careers - Knowledge of IBP /S&OP Planning Processes, Data Analysis, Advanced Excel, Statistics, Knowledge of SAP, SQL, R, Python. - Intermediate English - 3-4 years of experience in IBP or demand planning
