Vision Care Sales Specialist

Generar la demanda de los productos promovidos a través de la capacitación al ECP así como las venta de productos y/o servicios con sólidos argumentos a clientes potenciales.

Deberá de realizar análisis de costo-beneficio de clientes existentes y potenciales y mantendrá relaciones comerciales positivas para asegurar futuras ventas.


Responsabilidades:

Asistencia y coordinación comercial de los productos de Vision Care para todos los clientes de la zona asignada. Desarrollo de acciones que fortalezcan la marca en los gabinetes de contactología.

Venta, capacitación y promoción en la zona asignada de los productos de Vision Care tanto en óptica como en farmacias, asegurando alcanzar los objetivos de ventas acordados y los resultados dentro del calendario.

Planificar visitas a ópticas, dar seguimiento y respaldo a los clientes, reportando de manera prolija y ordenada.

Gestión de suministros con informes sobre las necesidades de los clientes, problemas, intereses, actividades competitivas y potencial para nuevos productos y servicios Planificar y realizar zonas de viaje de manera ordenada y constante.

Planificar acciones de marketing para los clientes supervisados por la oficina de Marketing. Analizar el potencial del territorio / mercado, realizar un seguimiento de ventas y reportes de estado. Ofrecer la información necesaria para lograr la recomendación del dispositivo médico propuesto.

Planificar y ejecutar las actividades como:
Sudan Black en KA, Desarrollar el programa del Drylab con clientes específicos para incrementar el número de adaptaciones. Seguimiento a cuentas con FS para asegurar el crecimiento.

Cobertura:
Visitar 10 ECP's al día durante la semana laboral (5 días).

Requerimientos:

  • De preferencia ser Optómetra de profesión para poder realizar los PEP, charlas and Lunch & Learn.
  • Excelente conocimiento de MS Office
  • Familiaridad con la capacidad de construir relaciones productivas de negocios profesionales.
  • Muy motivado y orientado a objetivos con un historial probado en ventas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de venta, comunicación y negociación.
  • Priorización, gestión del tiempo y habilidades organizativas.
  • Capacidad para crear y entregar presentaciones adaptadas a las necesidades del público.
  • Habilidades de gestión de relaciones y apertura a los cambios y retos.
