Sales Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products within a designated market, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: hybrid# This role is contributing to the Motion Division in Perú. You will be mainly accountable for: To develop the North Mining, Drives and Electric Motors market. Reach or exceed the goal established for this region. Grow the number of customers in the assigned region. Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy. Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers. Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed. You will join a dynamic and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- You are highly skilled working with electric motors and drives and the mining, engineering companies, cement, metals (steel) Peruvian market.
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in 5 years of experience in in the industry and working with electric motors and drives working as Sales Specialist or or in sales positions with motors and drives.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of automation and manufacturing of OEM machines.
- You are innovative around negotiation, focus on results, customer orientation and adaptability & flexibility.
- Degree in electrical, electronic, industrial, mechanical engineering and related careers.
- You are at ease communicating in advanced (desirable) or intermediate (must) level of English.
