El proveedor actuará como un único punto de contacto para las solicitudes y escalamiento de DDIT locales dentro del alcance.

El proveedor se pondrá en contacto con el cliente y los proveedores externos para los servicios móviles y de telefonía.

El proveedor será responsable de generar, validar órdenes de compra (POS) para servicios fijos, móviles, internet e impresión en Perú El proveedor será responsable, en coordinación con el cliente, de las aprobaciones y verificaciones requeridas de la orden de compra relacionada con los servicios descritos anteriormente.

El proveedor deberá revisar los activos de TI locales y trabajar con los equipos dependientes para garantizar un inventario de activos preciso en los sitios locales.


Principales Responsabilidades:

Cree e implemente máquinas Win7 / Win10 con atención a los detalles de implementación para garantizar una experiência de usuario final positiva (EUX)

Instalación, supervisión y mantenimiento de hardware, software y periféricos de escritorio

Capacidad para solucionar incidentes (hardware, software y conectividad) hasta su resolución
Soporte para usuarios remotos


Programe, construya, implemente y recupere activos de PC de acuerdo con las pautas globales del Cliente y cumpla con las citas programadas para la recuperación de activos siguiendo el proceso de Pharma Kroll y los procesos de desechos electrónicos.

Control de inventario y gestión de activos

Responsabilidades clave:


Soporta, administra, optimiza y mantiene la configuración e instalación del Desktop, para incluir, entre otros, actualizaciones de parches, reemplazos de hardware, con repuestos.

Administre y mantenga SOP relevantes y otra documentación, por ejemplo, artículos de la base de conocimientos. Desarrollar y mantener la documentación del manual de operaciones de servicio.

Desarrolle y mantenga instrucciones de trabajo para completar listas de verificación operativas y órdenes de trabajo.


Analice las llamadas de servicio al cliente para escritorios y datos de incidentes para identificar y asesorar al Cliente sobre cualquier requisito potencial de capacitación y automatización del usuario y para impulsar mejoras continuas del servicio.

Experiência trabajando en un entorno colaborativo y orientado al equipo con una fuerte orientación al servicio al cliente.


Automotivado y dirigido, con la capacidad de priorizar y ejecutar tareas de manera efectiva en un entorno de alta presión.

Algunas responsabilidades de gestión de activos.


Realice un seguimiento de la logística de equipos, transfiriendo equipos entre almacenes (tanto física como lógicamente) con atención al detalle.

Siga los procesos de litigio farmacéutico para asegurarse de que todos los equipos estén en cuarentena de manera adecuada.


Proporcione orientación a los clientes y respalde los proyectos en curso en colaboración con otras organizaciones de TI de NBS.

Interactuar y colaborar con otros equipos para resolver problemas.


Limpie y prepare todo el hardware para su reutilización, incluida la ejecución de diagnósticos y el envío de tickets de OEM para su reparación.

Buenas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita con los clientes y la gerencia, así como habilidades para las personas.

Otras actividades e informes ad hoc según sea necesario

Habilidades técnicas:

Fuerte conocimiento de Windows (se prefiere la versión 10)

Paquete completo de Microsoft Office y sistemas operativos: Win7 y Win10. Word, Excel, Skype, Outlook Calendar, programación y SharePoint

Experiência práctica en la resolución de problemas de hardware.

Capacidad para leer y comprender manuales técnicos, documentación práctica y guías de OEM

Conocimiento de Active Directory para la configuración de la computadora, por ejemplo, WebSM


Buen conocimiento de Skype, VPN y compatibilidad con dispositivos móviles Conocimientos de IMAC, SLA y gestión de activos, ITIL Comprensión general de la infraestructura de red DNS, servidores proxy y firewall.

Conocimientos básicos de conceptos y configuraciones de LAN/WAN

Es deseable el conocimiento de las tecnologías de distribución, parches e imágenes de software.

Calificaciones preferidas:

Grado asociado en un campo relacionado con la tecnología de la información

Mínimo de 1 año de experiência brindando soporte al usuario final para PC de escritorio y software de aplicación e instalación, actualización, solución de problemas y reparación de computadoras personales en un entorno de red.
