Your Responsibilities:
- Engage with department leaders and HR to understand the hiring needs and technical requirements of roles, department priorities, and role fit within the Technology Department in Lima.
- Post job advertisements on various job sites, update and maintain ATS applicant and job records and provide other related reports as needed.
- Close and constant monitoring of the associated recruitment agencies.
Skills we need:
- Technical or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration or related fields.
- Advanced English.
- Strong endtoend IT recruitment (including headhunting) experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of high level technology terminologies and requirements.
- Ideal knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
