Instruir, revisar y monitorear el adecuado procesamiento de las operaciones de Comercio Exterior, incluyendo las operaciones de Cartas Fianzas, tanto en el equipo de Ops Perú como Centro de Procesamiento (CSC), brindando el soporte necesario mediante una comunicación constante tanto con cliente internos como externos, realizando seguimiento de las operaciones con el fin que estas sean ejecutadas en forma correcta y precisa para cumplir con los plazos/fechas en los tiempos establecidos.


Funciones Específicas del puesto:

  • Brindar soporte operativo al área de Producto y/o Negocio en el proceso de implementación de nuevos servicios y nuevos proyectos de Core Trade Services (locales y de la región), tanto de impacto comercial así como operativo, participando activamente en las pruebas locales y regionales.
  • Recibir y monitorear solicitudes y documentos de clientes y enviarlos al Centro de Procesamiento (CSC), para que sean registrados y procesados según el acuerdo de servicio, verificando que no se tengan consultas pendientes de respuesta. Esto incluye las operaciones de emisión, negociación de documentos, pagos, confirmaciones, etc de todos los productos de Core/Trade Services, incluyendo Cartas fianzas y de Stand By para límites legales (SBLC LLL) así como el envío de avisos de discrepancias de las negociaciones y/o pago de cartas de crédito al cliente, a fin de brindar información exacta y precisa de sus operaciones.
  • Contacto con el CSC (Centro de Procesamiento) y TSP Team (Trade Services Professional): Mantener constante comunicación y coordinación con el equipo CSC y TSP Team, realizando seguimiento del adecuado procesamiento/respuestas a clientes, escalando errores, coordinando medidas correctivas manteniendo el trabajo en equipo.
  • Conciliación y cuadre operativo vs contable: asegurar que las cuentas contables de los productos a su cargo se encuentren debidamente conciliadas en forma mensual, asegurando que los números de cuentas de clientes/bancos (bases) y/o las cuentas contingentes para operaciones de comercio exterior se encuentran activas en el sistema contable. Conciliación también incluye la verificación de cuentas trámites y transitorias, con la finalidad de realizar el seguimiento y regularización de las partidas pendientes.
  • Mantener actualizado los procedimientos de los procesos a su cargo.
  • Verificar la conciliación de cuentas en bancos del exterior, relacionados con operaciones de comercio exterior a fin de cumplir oportunamente con las instrucciones de pagos de nuestros clientes y bancos corresponsales.
  • Verificar diariamente los vencimientos de las operaciones, a fin de solicitar y/o informar a los clientes del pago de sus obligaciones.
  • Instruir al CSC el cobro de comisiones y envío/recepción de mensajes Swift por Stand By LLL.
  • Envío/Coordinación de Reportes Mensuales Operativos y Regulatorios, (Regulatorios a través del equipo de Finance)
  • Participar activamente en los proyectos de mejora continua de todos los procesos del área.
  • Soporte en la atención de los requerimientos de auditoría locales y regionales, y también de entidades externas

FORMACION BASICA
Estudios de Administración de Empresas, Administración de Negocios Internacionales o afines

CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECIFICOS
Ingles intermedio

MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
