About the position:

What will be your main responsibilities?

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry and growth strategy for Peru, aligning with the overall company objectives
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify strategic opportunities and risks
  • Drive the localization of global business strategies, ensuring adaptability to local market nuances
  • Oversee daytoday operations, ensuring the efficient and effective deployment of logistics solutions
  • Recruit, lead, and mentor a highperforming team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies
  • Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a handson approach to problemsolving and operations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading highperformance teams
  • Good communication skills. You're persuasive in the most pleasant possible way and have no trouble selling anything
  • A Get stuff done attitude: Launchers need to get a lot done in a short period. You have a scrappy attitude, you are comfortable working with limited resources under tight deadlines and you are not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty
  • Proven experience working with logistics, lastmile delivery, or other related fast paced tech industry
  • Familiarity with Peru's market and regulatory environment
