Atlas Technica's mission is to shoulder IT management, user support, and cybersecurity for our clients, who are hedge funds and other investment firms.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System
  • Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow up and follow through
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to conduct various types of interviews (online, phone)
  • Strong and stable internet connection to allow for disruptionfree video and audio calls
  • Quiet environment with a professional background to facilitate video interviews
  • Ability to derive patterns from experience and to suggest recommendations to improve outcomes
  • A college degree or equivalent work experience required to operate in a professional business setting

Desirable Qualities:

  • Strong team working skills
  • Proactive project management skills
