**As an experienced bilingual Recruiter,** working directly with hiring managers and reporting to the Global Recruitment Lead based in Australia, you will deliver across the full recruitment lifecycle.
You
**will collaborate with the HR Business Partners across the AMERICAS region **and develop strong relationships with hiring managers to effectively partner with them on filling their current and future, sometimes difficult to hire, salary and wages roles through active resourcing and headhunting.
As a proactive and result-driven recruiter, who can work in a
**fast paced** and
**high volume technical recruiting environment**, you will identify optimal recruitment strategies, including job boards, careers pages and social networks to fill roles with talent within time to fill metrics.
You will have strong employer branding experience and will represent Bradken to win the best talent in record-breaking time.
**This role is based in Lima, Peru with a hybrid working arrangement allowing for work from home and in the office.**
**IMPORTANT**:
- **You will be recruiting for roles in USA, Canada and South America region and hence will require flexibility to work across the time zones.**:
- **Must be fully bilingual
- Spanish and English-Professional level**
