Purpose:

  • Administer Retail Development Projects in the Region and coordinate deliverables and process steps with involved parties, according to the Retail Development processes to ensure timely store openings and cost effectiveness
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysis of the Retail Development KPIs and CAPEX of the new and possible projects. Developing new business case in qualitative and quantitative manners.
  • Drive Real Estate operational ongoing initiatives for Retail initiatives, communicating and tracking progress.
  • Support in the store planning of current and future Roll out Plan.
  • Facilitate and/or take part in the corporate lease negotiations with the landlords. Negotiating for brand improvements in all possible areas.
  • Support in preparing annual portfolio reviews including but not limited to lease renewals, renovations, etc.
  • Analyze and follow up the budget of rents, capex and opex of all the stores.
  • Coordinate with Legal Departments to execute all legal documents for the leases.
  • Coordinate between landlords, leasing consultants and internal departments to resolve any corporate leasing related concerns.
  • Analyze quotations of the store projects and participate in the bids.
  • Place the furniture, fittings and accessories orders with the different suppliers of the store project
  • Place and coordinate the orders of VM/Instore communication support material of the stores jointly with the country organizations
  • Calculate display capacity of the stores
  • Track shipment and payments
  • Follow up with involved parties within the Retail Development process
  • Act as a business contact for supplierscustomer service global and for Store Implementation Managers/ Retail Directors/ Logistics and all the departments involved on each country
  • Follow up of the inventory and forecast
  • Requisite Education and Experience:
  • University degree in Business administration or similar careers
  • 2 years experience of work experience
  • Advanced excel and Power BI
