Customer Service Analyst - Reemplazo Plazo Fijo


Estamos en la búsqueda, para nuestro equipo de Supply Chain, un profesional que nos pueda apoyar en reemplazo de 7 meses, cuya misión será el asegurar que se cumplan todos los requerimientos asociados a la atención de las solicitudes en general de los clientes, contribuyendo al logro de los objetivos de venta del negocio.

Esta posición posee atención directa con los clientes internos y externos, coordinación de despacho y manejo de devoluciones.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Ingreso al Sistema de Haleon de Pedidos recibidos de Clientes Cadenas y Distribuidores diariamente.
  • Coordinación y seguimiento con nuestra tercera parte de logística (3PL) de la Distribución y entrega de pedidos a Lima y provincias.
  • Gestión de devoluciones en tránsito y vencimiento.
  • Coordinación y recuperación de Back orders.
  • Coordinación con los KAM y/o clientes (cuando corresponda) sobre la utilización de Stocks con corto vencimiento y también sobre disponibilidad de inventarios.
  • Coordinación y seguimiento de Auditorías.
  • Gestionar las fechas de cierre de ventas.
  • Desarrollo de cursos asignados por las áreas correspondientes.

¿Por qué TÚ?

Tus calificaciones:

  • Profesional en Administración de empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o similares.
  • Herramientas de Office nível usuario.
  • Mínimo 2 Años de experiência en administración de procesos logísticos, administración de centros de distribución, y de planeación.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajo en formato híbrido, asistiendo 2 días a la semana a nuestras oficinas ubicadas en San Isidro, Lima.
  • Buscamos personas con desarrolladas habilidades de planificación, comunicación efectiva, adaptación al cambio y proactivas.
  • Deseable experiência en SAP y manejo de EDI
