Business Finance Specialist - TEBG & SIBG, Lima

Como Business Finance Specialist de Transportation & Electronics Business Group (TEBG) & Safety & Industrial Business (SIBG) desempeñarás un rol clave para asegurar la presentación de los Estados Financieros de estos negocios para la Región Andina.

En este rol trabajarás en equipo con el Business Finance, Country Controllers y otras áreas de soporte para asegurar que sus ratios y reportes reflejen correctamente los resultados de la gestión.


El impacto que tendrás en este rol- Implementarás mejoras en los procesos para la eficiencia en los reportes financieros mensuales.- Conducirás reuniones, con dichas áreas con la finalidad de poder tomar conocimiento o cuestionar los gastos/ingresos.- Revisarás los reportes de P&L (Profit and Loss) y de los principales activos (inventarios, cuentas por cobrar, etc), buscando dar explicación a las principales variaciones.- Aprenderás múltiples métricas financieras y las herramientas corporativas con las que se calculan (Price Variation, Non working inventory - NWI, etc).


Las habilidades y experiência que buscamos- Título profesional en Contabilidad, Administración, Economía o afines.- Experiência mínima de 3 años en finanzas.- Nível intermedio - alto de inglés.- Capacidad de trabajar remotamente con equipos multi-country y multi-funcionales.- Mucha disposición para aprender y cumplir las normas corporativas y legales vigentes (Ética, Global Financial Standards - GFS, entre otros).

  • Deseable experiência manejando US GAAPS
  • Experiência deseable con términos y principios contables
