**About the role**:
We are looking for a talented Finance and Accounting Business Partner who is capable of owning all finance related activities of 24Slides Peru with the purpose of improving processes, compliance and accuracy of the monthly numbers (current reporting and forecasting).

The role should ensure control, compliance and predictability in cost and revenue development/forecast.

Further, the role needs to act as a business partner for the local organization (and HQ) to ensure better decision making and financial performance of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute month end closing and reporting locally (P&L, B/S and CF)
- Own budgeting and forecasting numbers locally (follow up/tracking)
- Payroll (incl. tax)
- Manage all transactions going in/out of the company (e.g. payroll and invoices in/out)
- Optimization of existing processes (Drive simplification of reports, analytics models and automation)
- Guarantee compliance with all relevant local legislation (e.g.: statutory accounting standards, tax law, civil law) and internal group guidelines
- Preparation of and ongoing follow-up on budgets and forecasts
- Monthly reporting to CFO
- Improve local financial processes (month end closing, budgeting and forecasting)
- Act as a business partner for CFO and local organization:

- Understand and outline value adding leavers and business insights.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and support on finance related matters and business needs.
- Contribute to forming business decisions based on value adding leavers and enable follow-up based on clearly defined business case targets.
- Assist in evaluating alternative strategies/investments and providing recommendations to the local organization.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in day-to-day financial tasks including bookkeeping and payroll
- Experience in standard monthly reporting (P&L,B/S and CF)
- Experience in preparing data for annual audit
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and business case building
- Strong Excel skills and experience in building financial models
- Growth mindset
- Analytical skills
- Drive for change/improvement (able to adapt, take on new challenges and drive to continuous improve)
- Proactive
- Communication and interpersonal skills, supportive and transparent attitude
- Creative and open-minded to new approaches
- Good English skills, both verbally and written - this will be assessed during the interview stage
