Commitment to the Organization, Integrity, Respect for Diversity, Professionalism \*\*BACKGROUND INFORMATION\*\* La Oficina de UNESCO Lima ofrece la oportunidad a profesionales recién graduados o estudiantes de postgrado que quieran tener una experiencia de aprendizaje en un organismo internacional como la UNESCO.

Al mismo tiempo, el voluntariado es una oportunidad para contribuir con los temas centrales de la UNESCO, en este caso, en el campo del sector Educación.

El voluntariado se llevará a cabo en un ambiente presencial, en el que la o el voluntario(a) podrá desarrollar su capacidad de trabajo en equipo, su creatividad y otras competencias profesionales con el apoyo de los profesionales que coordinan los diferentes proyectos y programas.

\*\*OBJETIVO DEL VOLUNTARIADO\*\* Tras el periodo de voluntariado, la o el voluntario: 1\\. Habrá adquirido conocimiento sobre los ejes temáticos en los que trabaja la oficina UNESCO en Perú, con énfasis en el sector Educación. 2\\. Habrá adquirido experiencia práctica y ampliado sus habilidades en el ámbito de la educación. 3\\. Habrá profundizado en el conocimiento de la política educativa nacional y regional desde los enfoques de Derechos Humanos, Intercultural y de Género. 4\\. Habrá fortalecido su habilidad analítica, comunicacional e interpersonal. 5\\. Habrá mejorado su capacidad de trabajo en equipo. Este voluntariado está sujeto al régimen de la UNESCO, en la cual no hay remuneración y se requiere que el/la voluntario(a) cuente con seguro médico que deberá ser presentado a la Organización.


Los voluntariados son por un período mínimo de 6 meses, al final del cual y previa presentación y aprobación de un informe del trabajo desarrollado, se extenderá al voluntario(a) el certificado correspondiente \*\*OVERVIEW OF THE FUNCTIONS OF THE POST\*\* Para el cumplimiento del objetivo el o la voluntario(a) tendrá las funciones de: 1\\.

Apoyar al sector Educación en la implementación y monitoreo de actividades, programas y proyectos del Sector.

Ellos están relacionados con educación secundaria, ruralidad, Educación para el Desarrollo Sostenible, Educación inclusiva, considerando las necesidades de refugiados y migrantes y otros grupos en situación de vulnerabilidad.

2\\. Apoyar en la sensibilización y abogacía relacionada con la implementación de los ODS, en especial del ODS 4. 3\\. Realizar investigaciones sumarias en Internet, resúmenes de publicaciones y preparación de ponencias y presentaciones sobre educación. 4\\. Apoyar en la elaboración de documentos, reportes, informes, actas de reuniones, entre otras. 5\\. Desarrollar otras actividades que la coordinación del Sector Educación estime necesarias.

\*\*REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\*\

  • Profesional graduado de las carreras de Ciencias Sociales y Humanas, Relaciones Internacionales, Filosofía, Ciencias Políticas o afines.
  • Experiencia de trabajo de 1 año o más (desesble).
  • Una o más experiencias en programas sociales y/o voluntariados. Idiomas
  • Castellano a nivel nativo (obligatorio)
  • Inglés en nivel superior (deseable) \*\*DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS\*\
  • Manejo intermedio de Microsoft Office \*\*DURATION\*\* De acuerdo a las políticas de la organización. la \*\*UNESCO no remunera a los voluntarios. No hay compensación financiera o de otro tipo para las tareas de voluntariado.\*\* El acuerdo no incluye cobertura por servicios de atención médica.
