Job Responsibilities
- Grow Commercial Business in the country for every product line
- Manage Commercial team and lead coordination between Marketing, Sales and Product for sales strategies
- Follow up Sell out and Sell In by Category, find the way to reach the target
- Follow up sales and planning with KAM Channel & KAM Distis
- Develop new strategies for the growth of the Business line and increase the brand in the corporate market
- Consolidate and build commercial relationship with customers
Qualifications and Background
- Minimum 3 years of experience in management, leading teams, managing performance, and driving results
- 5+ years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles, preferably in B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2G (Business-to-Government) sectors
- Government & Enterprise Sales Knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in English and local language(s) as required for government and business dealings
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Proficiency in data analysis, mathematics, and logical thinking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills
- Education: BSc/BA in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Finance is required
- Languages: Advanced English (spoken and written); Spanish
- Tools Knowledge Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Power BI, etc.); Salesforce (preferable)
