Estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Business Development Representative (BDR) apasionado/a por la tecnología y la innovación en la industria de la construcción. Si tienes habilidades comerciales, espíritu emprendedor y te motiva ayudar a empresas a dar el salto hacia la transformación digital, te queremos en nuestro equipo
Responsabilidades- Investigar y calificar leads dentro del sector AEC (arquitectura, ingeniería y construcción).
- Generar oportunidades comerciales mediante llamadas, correos y mensajes en redes.
- Agendar reuniones para el equipo comercial senior y hacer seguimiento proactivo.
- Gestionar el CRM y reportar métricas clave de rendimiento.
- Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para afinar mensajes y estrategias.
- Participar en eventos del sector y representar a la marca Digital Bricks.
- 1-3 años de experiencia en ventas B2B, desarrollo comercial o puestos similares.
- Conocimiento del ciclo de venta consultiva y/o en soluciones tecnológicas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Autonomía, proactividad y orientación a resultados.
- Deseable: experiencia en el sector construcción, inmobiliario o tech.
- Valorable: manejo de herramientas de automatización (CRM, Make, ChatGPT, etc).
- Oportunidad de crecer dentro de una empresa líder en transformación digital del sector AEC.
- Formación constante en metodologías BIM, VDC, Lean y herramientas Contech.
