¿Qué estamos buscando?

  • Diseñar y gestionar campañas comerciales alineadas con la propuesta de valor del banco para incentivar el uso y facturación de tarjetas de crédito y débito.
  • Coordinar y ejecutar capacitaciones dirigidas a ejecutivos de la red comercial para mejorar el conocimiento del portafolio de tarjetas y su propuesta de valor.
  • Monitorear y analizar KPIs de desempeño, asegurando el cumplimiento de metas comerciales y optimizando estrategias de adquisición y uso de tarjetas.
  • Desarrollar e implementar campañas promocionales que impulsen la activación, recurrencia y facturación de tarjetas, utilizando estrategias como cashback, descuentos y beneficios exclusivos.
  • Supervisar el desempeño de la red de oficinas y canales digitales, garantizando una adecuada oferta y venta de tarjetas a través de todos los puntos de contacto con el cliente.
  • Gestionar y optimizar los pagos a proveedores, asegurando una correcta administración de incentivos, alianzas comerciales y costos operativos.
  • Analizar el comportamiento de los clientes para identificar oportunidades de segmentación y personalización de ofertas, maximizando el uso de tarjetas.
  • Liderar la estrategia de adopción de pagos digitales, promoviendo el uso de billeteras digitales, pagos sin intereses y compras online seguras para fortalecer la facturación.
  • Identificar y fortalecer alianzas estratégicas con comercios clave, programas de lealtad y marketplaces para generar valor agregado y fomentar la preferencia por las tarjetas del banco.

Requisitos:

  • Bachiller o titulado universitario de las carreras de administración, economía, ingeniería industrial, o carreras afines a negocios.
  • Experiencia de 02 a 03 años en el sector becario y/o de servicios.
  • Experiencia de 01 año en áreas de producto, experiencia de gestión de clientes, o afines.
  • Manejo de KPIs.
  • Manejo de SQL a nivel intermedio.
  • Manejo de Excel a nivel avanzado.
  • Habilidades blandas: trabajo en equipo, adaptabilidad, proactividad, comunicación efectiva.
