We are looking for a senior relationship and operations manager to design, implement and maintain at a high performance level operations within the payment ecosystem of Peru. This role will be responsible for reviewing the current relationships and operational set up between multiple players within Peru payment ecosystem. It will be critical in delivering an operating model tuned to the needs of the individual players at the same time well balanced against business priorities and cost of the YellowPepper organization. The role is accountable for timely and high-quality execution and delivery from original concept through final implementation. Internally it will require coordination of a wide range of workstream including Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, Operations, Implementation, Client Service and Product.

He/she will be sensitive to constantly changing landscape and highly skilled to navigate among often conflicting interest.

Identify improvements and suggest solutions for the operations system and workflow and communicating these to the stakeholders

Implementing strategic changes across people, process, and system through projects aimed at operational excellence and enhancing customer experience.

Managing all ecosystem related operational projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of strategic changes.

Crafting and maintaining project plans that outline operational requirements, budget, deliverables, timescales, dependencies, and risks.

Create clarity and transparency for the ecosystem players

Negotiate and establish operations rules and communication protocols

Set up regular performance reporting

Drive creation of playbooks for critical operations scenarios
- This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs._
**Qualifications**
Strong executive presence, excellent interpersonal skills, able to clearly communicate complex project requirements, achieve stakeholder buy-in, and keep stakeholders updated on project progress.
Experience engaging, negotiating with and managing clients.
Strength in building partnerships, working collaboratively in a matrix with mínimal guidance, proven influencing skills
Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Superior written and verbal communication skills, effective and confident presentation skills.
Ability to negotiate priorities across organizations as required, to plan and prioritize multiple tasks effectively, and to independently drive projects through to completion
Payment domain or FinTech experience is a major plus
Be adept at diagnosing complex issues into clear problem statements, using data to confirm the scope and ensure the team is consistently approaching the most valuable problems to solve.
Have an optimisation mentality, continually tuning team processes and systems to deliver efficient and seamless workflows.
Be a self-starter who takes accountability for getting things done.
Preferred Qualifications
15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience

Results orientation, having a clear, positive direct impact on business performance.

Enthusiastic support of the organization and influence others to commit to its mission and vision

Ability to make timely decisions, balancing analysis with decisiveness

Excellent domain of Spanish and English
