Nuestro Category & Shopper Associate será el responsable del desarrollo para las categorías y asegurar la implementación de las estrategias de las marcas en el Trade, asegurando que Haleon sea la primera opción para el shopper y estén alineadas frente a los objetivos de marketing locales y globales asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos de venta e indicadores (Distribución, Visibilidad, capacitación, exhibición, ROI y rentabilidad de las marcas), garantizando el adecuado direccionamiento de los recursos y la definición de objetivos alcanzables, cuantificables y en línea con la estrategia de las marcas y los canales.

Principales responsabilidades:

- Estrategia de marcas y categorías en el trade: desarrollar, alinear y desplegar la estrategia de categorías en los canales de acuerdo a sus necesidades.
- Detectar oportunidades de negocio: a través de análisis estratégico e identificación de oportunidades del mercado para nuestras marcas.
- Desarrollo de categorías: desarrollar materiales y guías de implementación para el equipo de ventas, apoyo en construcción de material de tienda perfecta y grid de ejecución de campañas y material POP.
- Desarrollo del plan de visibilidad por canal: definición de la estrategia de comunicación de nuestras marcas en los puntos de venta, entendiendo las barreras de entrada del shopper a las categoría y cómo, por medio de call to action relevantes romperlas.
- Liderarazgo de proyectos: para crecimiento en nuevos canales y categorías a través de iniciativas diferentes.
- Soporte en la estrategia NRM: análisis pre y post ROI para la inversión de Trade y Shopper. Generación de reporting e insight a partir del análisis de las actividades del área.
- Gestión y análisis del GTN: generar información y análisis robustos para la toma de decisiones en la estrategia de inversión en colaboración con el área comercial, financiera, marketing y trade marketing. Realizar seguimiento en la inversión del GTN en todos los canales, generando análisis comparativos con el plan buscando eficiencias y maximizar el ROI.

Tus calificaciones:

- Profesional en carreras como Ingeniería Industrial, Marketing, Negocios, Administración o carreras afines.
- Mínimo tres (03) años de experiência en roles similares en empresas de consumo masivo.
- Inglés nível intermedio.
- Manejo experto de Power BI y Excel.
- Pensamiento estratégico.
- Comunicación Asertiva
