**Reporta a**:Senior Sales Manager

**OBJETIVO**:
Esta posición está encargada de manejar todas las marcas de los diferentes segmentos de Newell Brands, con el propósito de enfocarse hacia un Marketing dirigido a los clientes, segmentándolos, elaborando estrategias y desarrollando programas que permitan crear valor en su demanda. Conocer y entender la visión del comprador. Elaborar diversas actividades comerciales y promocionales en el POS orientadas a crear una experiência omnichannel en el comprador.

**FUNCIONES**:

- Planificar, desarrollar y realizar actividades de Marketing y Ventas: Campañas Comerciales / Campañas promocionales, dentro de un Plan Comercial.
- Elaborar y diseñar estrategias comerciales por Retail, que permitan acelerar el sell-out y sell-in de los productos.
- Analizar, crear y supervisar programas por canal, que involucre: actividades promocionales, catálogos, material POP, ferias, y/u otro material de apoyo de marketing específicos del canal.
- Diseñar y administrar presupuestos de Trade Mktg y /o promotoría.
- Apoyar las actividades de lanzamiento de nuevos productos, dentro del calendario / programa comercial.
- Mantener información actualizada de la competencia.
- Desarrollar un planeamiento comercial de manera integral con las demás áreas y con los KAM's.
- Desarrollar actividades dirigidas a crear "Shopper experience" en nuestras diferentes marcas. Entendiendo la necesidad del cliente, comprador y del consumidor.

**Requisitos**:

- 5+ años de experiência en Marketing o Trade Marketing.
- Alto nível de liderazgo de equipos.
- Experiência trabajando en proyectos multifuncionales.
- Experiência administrando presupuestos de Marketing.
- Nível intermedio de Inglés.
- Nível intermedio de manejo de Office.
- Deseable conocimiento en SAP.
