**DEPOT PARTS**, una empresa líder en el suministro de repuestos y componentes Caterpillar, con presencia en Estados Unidos, Chile y Perú, está en busca de un Country Manager para encabezar nuestras operaciones en este ultimo pais.

**¿Quiénes somos?**

Depot Parts es una importante empresa proveedora de servicios y soluciones para la industria minera, especializada en el área de Soporte de Productos. Nuestra misión es proporcionar repuestos y componentes para equipos de gran minería, tales como palas, camiones, cargadores frontales y equipos auxiliares, de marcas reconocidas como Caterpillar y Komatsu.

**Descripción del puesto**:
Como Country Manager de Perú, tendrás la oportunidad de liderar el establecimiento y crecimiento de nuestras operaciones en este mercado estratégico. Serás responsable de gestionar y supervisar todas las actividades relacionadas con ventas, marketing, logística y desarrollo de negocios en Perú. Tu enfoque principal será garantizar un crecimiento rentable y sostenible, establecer relaciones sólidas con clientes clave y maximizar el potencial de nuestro negocio en el país.

**Responsabilidades principales**:

- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas y marketing para aumentar la participación de mercado y cumplir con los objetivos establecidos.
- Gestionar y supervisar un equipo de ventas y asegurar un excelente desempeño del mismo.
- Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes existentes y potenciales, identificando oportunidades de negocio y asegurando una satisfacción óptima del cliente.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los departamentos de logística y operaciones para garantizar un flujo eficiente de productos y servicios.
- Realizar análisis de mercado y seguimiento de la competencia para identificar tendencias y oportunidades.
- Representar a DEPOT PARTS en eventos y conferencias de la industria.

**Condiciones Generales**:

- Pago de salario en Dolares. (US$4000).
- Bonificacion adicional por performance de ventas anual.

- Experiência previa en puestos de dirección o gerencia en la industria minera o en empresas relacionadas con el suministro de repuestos y componentes.
- Conocimiento sólido del mercado mexicano y de la industria minera en el país.
- Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para gestionar y motivar equipos.
- Fuertes habilidades de negociación y capacidad para establecer relaciones comerciales sólidas.
- Orientación a resultados y capacidad para tomar decisiones estratégicas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para interactuar con clientes de diferentes níveles jerárquicos.
- Disponibilidad para viajar dentro del país y ocasionalmente al extranjero.
