We are a strong IT development company in the payment market, running already 7 products for different types of businesses, including banks and payment providers. All-in-one API and 2 new integrations per week - that’s how we do it.

**Responsibilities**
- Support actual products and gateways of the company, work on each solution and specially new launch very scrupulously day by day.
- Listen to the voice of the merchants to identify issues and pain points, and build customer-focused solutions.
- Analyze the newest market payment trends all over the world and support the integration and implementation processes with the new partners
- Research and shape potential solution opportunities through collaborative engagement with internal sales, product, delivery and marketing experts to formulate and effectively position solution proposals.
- Create comprehensive business development plans and engage in complex deal negotiation to build a stable, growing pipeline of current and future business opportunities.
- Engage in complex deal structuring and negotiation efforts designed to protect existing business and win new deals.
- Create requirements and control systems for launching new products/gateways/merchants and support their process to go live in each country
In The First Week, Expect To
- Onboard and integrate into Big Idea while independently starting to study and learn the Big Idea products and business line
- Become acquainted with your product area, the product goals, team members and those you will partner with.
In The First Month, Expect To
- Build the day-to-day scheme of control under the gateways’s work and updates, organize and prioritize their upgrades and new possibilities
- Find the pain points of each current gateway and build the road map of solving current issues
In The First Three Months, Expect To
- Discover new gateway opportunities
- Become an important and well integrated to the team and partners’s network member
- Maintain high-level understanding of interdepartmental processes and future goals of the company
- Get inside to the operating world of Big Idea everyday processes and control it inside the business vertical
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of proven eCommerce experience in business development, account management or sales.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets to analyze data as well as conducting research through various discussions with customers and teammates.
- Ability to creatively craft solutions through data and a customer-centric approach.
- Be humble, willing to learn, and do whatever is needed to help us accomplish our goals.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- You must be a world-class individual contributor to thrive at Big Idea. You will not be here just to tell other people what to do.
