**Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollo y ejecución de planes de captación, retención y fidelización de clientes B2B y B2C, en coordinación con Marketing y Gerencia.
- Asegurar la mejor experiência de los clientes en cada uno de las etapas de nuestro servicio a través de nuestros canales de atención como RRSS, Página web y Whatsapp.
- Registro y análisis de data y KPI’s para toma de decisiones.
- Coordinación permanente con tesorería, operaciones y marketing para completar los objetivos mensuales.

**Requisitos**:

- Profesional Universitario en Administración, Ing. Industrial, Marketing y/o Afines.
- Dominio de Office a un nível avanzado (Manejo de tablas dinámicas y macros).
- Contar con mínimo 6 meses de experiência en el área comercial en empresas o startups del rubro B2B.
- Manejo de análisis de reportes e indicadores de gestión.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas, organizativas, comunicativas e interpersonales
