**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Management of Office: word and excel intermediate.
- Management of service level reports.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Intermediate Word and Excel.
- Management of service level reports.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Basic knowledge of ticket management in Service Now: review, creation, update, etc.
- Basic concepts of SAP and use of transactions.
- Basic concepts Windows OS, Linux, AIX
- Knowledge related to the IT environment.

Bachelor's Degree
