**Objetivo del puesto**:
El desarrollo de la posición implica actuar como experto para la Market Area. Trabaja con el equipo de ventas para crear campañas, identificar nuevas oportunidades, definir prioridades y soluciones. Mantiene estrecha colaboración con la línea de productos (Business Line) para desplegar información sobre nuevos productos, mejores prácticas, capacitaciones de venta y argumentación de valor específico a cada tecnología.
**Principales Responsabilidades**:
Responsable de apoyar y/o liderar las ventas de la tecnología definida para la posición (MTB).
Asumir el rol de Líder de Solución en casos de ventas dependiendo de la competencia y situación de MA.
Responsable de la argumentación de valor, propuesta de valor y plan ganador de los casos y en general de la tecnología.
Comprender el mercado, la competencia y las mejores prácticas de la industria para la tecnología definida y garantizar que el caso de ventas se construya en consecuencia.
Asegurar el progreso oportuno del caso de ventas desde el cliente potencial hasta la propuesta y las negociaciones.
Entrenar y capacitar a los equipos de ventas de servicio del área de mercado (oferta y formas de venta) y busca constantemente las mejores prácticas con la MA; proporcionar contenido experto al equipo de formación.
**Para tener éxito debe contar con los siguientes requisitos**:
Profesional de Ingeniería Metalúrgica, Mecatrónica, Mecánica o similar.
Mínimo 7 años de experiência laboral en el rubro.
Conocimiento de procesos de chancado, molienda, cribado en plantas concentradoras.
Conocimiento de transporte de materiales.
Conocimiento en evaluación de flujos de carga.
Lectura de Planos.
Office a nível intermedio.
Inglés intermedio o superior.
