**The position: Corporate Language Training - Account Executive in Lima, Perú**

Account Executives play a key role at Bridge by engaging with the Human Resources and Training officers at companies to deliver outstanding customer service, trust, and advice. You will work together with clients to design and recommend language training service programs that best serve their needs and training budgets. You will create new business opportunities through prospecting, but also assist the Key Account Manager with growing existing business. The Account Executive reports to the Director of Business Development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Contacting and establishing relations with potential corporate clients in Perú
- Arrange meetings to assess customer language training needs
- Prepare and present customized proposals for language training programs
- Meet and monitor sales goals and KPIs as agreed upon with the Director of Business Development
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to propose and recommend additional services or renewal of existing programs with customers
- Stay up to date with trends in the market and competitor activity
- Create and keep professional networks on LinkedIn to engage with customers and prospects
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to continuously improve messaging and collateral
- Represent Bridge at tradeshows and events

**Requirements**:
EDUCATION:

- University degree.

EXPERIENCE:

- At least 3 years of experience in service and corporate sales (ideally in training/education organizations).
- Ideally, experience in a multicultural/international working environment.

SKILLS:

- Good interpersonal and customer attention aptitudes.
- Good oral and written communication skills. Professional behavior.
- Highly motivated to obtain results and achieve objectives.
- Ability to work with and adapt to diverse and multicultural teams.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work under different working conditions.
- Self-motivated and fast learner; able to work independently and also as part of a team.
- Meticulous, methodical, and organized style of working.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and manage several tasks and projects.
- Marketing knowledge is highly desirable.
- Bilingual English-Spanish.
