**Sobre el rol**:
**Propósito**:
Maximizar el valor de manera sostenible para nutrir vidas más saludables.
- **Objetivo**:

- Crear valor para la organización proporcionando análisis y estrategias que permitan al negocio operar de manera consistente y eficiente. Este rol debe buscar formas de optimizar las inversiones en Trade Investment, Marketing y Gastos Generales, asegurando un retorno positivo de inversión (ROI) en todas nuestras acciones.
- Hacer lo correcto siempre es fundamental para garantizar que tengamos un negocio sostenible a largo plazo.

**Tus Responsabilidades**:
**Proyección Financiera**
- Liderar la elaboración de presupuestos (P&L & NWC) y escenarios financieros mediante: i) Alineación de los "assumptions" del plan, ii) challenges a los key drivers y buildign blocks del negocio (volumen/precios/nível de inversión) y iii) clara comunicación a top management de los impactos de cada escenario.
- Identificación de riesgos y oportunidades vs Plan/Forecast soportado en un entendimiento profundo de la visión/situación tanto interna (reckitt) como externa (categoría/competencia), proponiendo o influenciando la creación de planes que potencien las oportunidades o que mitiguen los riesgos

**Reporting, Analysis & Insights**
- Analizar la data para generar y comunicar efectivamente insights que generen acciones relevantes en el negocio.
- Reportar de manera precisa y oportuna los resultados financieros y claramente explicar las variaciones vs los estimados usando herramientas financieras (por ej Matriz de Variaciones / GMP) para ello.

**Análisis de Inversión de Marketing Cost**
- Controlar la inversión de BEI y NON BEI de manera mensual dando visibilidad al equipo comercial de las desviaciones versus el Forecast y elaborar Franchise P&L para las marcas
- Preparar analisis que permitan a top management hacer un análisis profundo de las áreas de costos/inversión que lleven a la toma de decisión de la inversión a futuro. Esto basado en análisis tales como "Return On Investment" y "sensitivity".
- Entendimiento de los drivers de inversión que generan demanda y proactivamente proponer cambios/ajustes a la inversión en estos drivers para buscar el crecimiento acelerado del negocio

**Proyectos de innovación y productividad**
Asesoramiento financiero de las diferentes iniciativas de inversión o proyectos de negocio mediante la preparación y evaluación de modelos y estudios de factibilidad que permitan mejorar e incrementar la rentabilidad, rendimiento y crecimiento de la compañía.

**Finance/Information Systems**
- Crear/usar las herramientas adecuadas, basadas en tecnología (por ejemplo Microsoft BI), que permita tener mas efectividad en la generación de data para la toma efectiva de decisiones (data correcta/exacta, en el nível adecuado de detalle, siempre disponible) con el menor esfuerzo/tiempo

**La experiência que buscamos**:

- 4 años como Analista Financiero/a y/o 2 años como coordinador/a financiero/a
- Inglés Avanzado
- Utilitarios de microsoft office, excel intermedio, Power BI intermedio, herramientas/softwares de automatización
- Profesional en Ingenieria Industrial, Economía, Admistración o Contabilidad.
- Pensamiento analítico
- Trabajo en equipo
