What will you do


This role will be responsible for implementation and execution of our Collaborative program with top customers in Peru, and will be accountable for the collaborative planning, forecasting and replacement processes with them.


Additionally, must lead and develop a team that will have different roles within customers and capabilities of the collaborative program.


At the same time will help us to continue developing and taking the program to a higher level according to the new needs and requirements of our customers.


The
CUSTOMER
COLLABORATION COORDINATOR is responsible:


Responsibilities:

  • Implement the collaboration program and integrated it to the CPFR model of customers.
  • To be the focal point for the commercial team during the monthly sales execution processes for topics related to supply chain and planning.
  • Analyze inventory and availability status in stores to make commercial and supply decisions.
  • Provide new ideas for building our new generation collaborative roadmap.
  • Manage collaborative forecasting bringing inputs to S&OP process.

Qualifications:

What we are looking for

  • Required Qualifications
  • Professional in Engineering or other related careers, with experience+5 years in Supply Chain processes, and Logistics and Sales processes understanding.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Functional competences: Demand planning fundamentals, sales and operations planning (S&OP), collaboration programs in Supply Chain (CPFR) and Inventory Management.
  • Professional competences: Analytical and problemsolving abilities; Project management.
  • Leadership skills: Global vision with attention to detail and teamwork

Technical or other competencies: Advanced knowledge of Excel & Power BI, modeling management and demand forecasting systems; management of automatic planning systems.

  • Knowledge of customer replenishment and forecasting systems.
