**Associate at Teleperformance***:
Offer to customers new products and services that will help their businesses succeed- Troubleshoot hosting and website services client's products as needed, take full ownership, and provide thorough resolution to customers- Offer resolution within our scope of support (SOS), providing direction for third party resolution or consultation regarding a paid solution- Meet metrics such as Customer Availability, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales Per Day
- Provide excellent customer service by being a good listener.
- Work with confidential customer information, while treating it sensitively.
- Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding.
- Keep a constant working knowledge of our client’s products, services, and promotions.
- Document and update records in the required systems.

Qualifications:

**you**
**?**- A high school graduate (must have a diploma or certificate).
- Someone with an advanced German - Intermediate English level and great communication skills.- Sales experience with a proven record of understanding customer needs- Proven ability to promote and build extraordinary customer rapport- Ability to take complete ownership of customer issues and provide a truly extraordinary customer experience, one customer at a time- Extensive knowledge of internet technology/CRM or other customer management software is a plus
