**Propósito de la Posición**:
Responsable de asegurar una óptima gestión y ejecución del mantenimiento de activos de la fábrica en alineamiento con la Estrategia de Mantenimiento Corporativa, eliminar las paradas no planeadas, optimizar las paradas planeadas y los costos de mantenimiento, Así como garantizar la excelencia en la implementación de los proyectos CAPEX y como consecuencia obtener el incremento del Asset Intensity.

**Un día en la vida de...**
- Personas: Desarrollar y mantener las competencias de ingeniería en la fábrica, enfocado en tecnologías de mantenimiento preventivo y manejo de la herramienta AMM. Crear y administrar el plan de construcción de competencias (CBP) del área técnica. Organizar el desarrollo y entrenamiento técnico al equipo de mantenimiento. Proveer información para el plan de sucesión del equipo de mantenimiento.
- Planificación: Establecer, optimizar y controlar las rutinas de mantenimiento para asegurar que las actividades estén programadas y ejecutadas a tiempo con alta calidad, de acuerdo a los estándares de ingeniería y los fundamentos de mantenimiento.
- Planificación: Asegurar operaciones de alto rendimiento al velar que el mantenimiento de los activos se realice según la estrategia de Nestlé y liderando la implementación de metodologías de mantenimiento, como el TPM/PM. Debe de promover y ser coach de los análisis de averías (BDA).
- CAPEX: Asegurar el capital investments mediante el liderazgo y participación activa usando la metodología de Early Management, para asegurar los criterios de éxitos establecidos en cada inversión.
- M&R: Elaboración el presupuesto anual de mantenimiento. Reportar y realizar el seguimiento al presupuesto de mantenimiento de acuerdo con los estándares Nestlé. Analizar el gasto del área de responsabilidad e implementar acciones correctivas y preventivas.
- M&R: Apoyar la implementación de metodologías del pilar AM y coordinar el soporte del área de producción para la eliminación de riesgos de seguridad, defectos de calidad, y problemas técnicos crónicos. Responsable de vincular producción e ingeniería al ser miembro activo del comité local del pilar PM.
- Energy/Water/SHE Management: Garantizar operaciones eficientes y sostenibles a nível de fábrica liderando la implementación de las 5S´s, gestionando óptimamente la energía y el agua, segregando correctamente y respetando las políticas de SHE. Buscar oportunidades de mejora y optimización de los recursos energéticos.
- Seguridad: Liderar la identificación y eliminación de riesgos de las áreas de trabajo, velar por la propia seguridad y de los demás colaboradores implementando normas y protocolos de seguridad para evitar accidentes.

**Lo que te hará exitoso**

Mínimo 3 años de experiência en gestión de ingeniería como jefe de mantenimiento (mecánico, industrial, servicios o electricidad y control), preferentemente en industrias de fabricación de alimentos o consumo masivo.

Mínimo 3 años de experiência liderando personal.

Título de Ingeniería (mecánica, electromecánica, eléctrica, química, industrial o similar).

Preferible Maestría en Administración de Negocios o en Gestión de Mantenimiento.

Preferible el conocimiento de TPM - Mantenimiento Planeado MP.

Participación activa en proyectos de ingeniería, optimización de procesos o mejora continua, como parte de un equipo multidisciplinario (preferentemente incluyendo diferentes productos y tecnologías).

Autogestión para el seguimiento de KPI´s y objetivos definidos.

Conocimiento de la planificación de mantenimiento preventivo y/o ejecución de mantenimiento en SAP-PM.

Elaboración de planes de mantenimiento y adquisición de equipos técnicos.

Participación activa en la puesta en marcha de los equipos técnicos y/o líneas de producción.

Inglés a nível avanzado.
